Is it possible to clean with just plain saline water without the use of any cleaning chemicals? A new technology that uses electrolysed salt water to remove stains and grease and disinfect surfaces does just that. This technology uses low voltage dose of electricity to separate sodium ions into sodium hydroxide and chlorine ions into hypochlorus acid to kill germs at a lower dose and at a faster rate than bleach. This cleaning solution is also very eco-friendly. Its residue is just salt water which does not contaminate the drains. This no odour, no bubble liquid is being widely used in Japan and Russia for decades and is now slowly catching up in other developed countries as well.
