Aval started his career in the Indian Army and transitioned to the Corporate world after 11+ years of army service. He has worked in organisations like iEnergizer, Bechtel, JLL, Protaiga and Embassy Services.
An alumni of Delhi University, Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Indian School of Business and the National University of Singapore, Sethi has numerous accomplishments and awards to his credit, both while in military service as well as in the corporate world.
