BCIHMCT’s hospitality event

The Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, New Delhi, will be organising hospitality event – Ensemble 2011 from October 19-21. The event has become a platform for interaction among the catering and hotel management institutes. The theme for the event is “Colours of India” depicting various cultures, festivals, traditions and eating habits of different regions in India. The students of Chandiwala will organise the theme dinner on October 21 showcasing their management capabilities.
