The participants of the Chandiwala Floral Decoration & Towel Origami Contest were challenged to transform everyday items like flowers and towels into works of art. The winners were evaluated by industry experts on the designs based on creativity, technical skill, and adherence to the theme.
CHE2024 also showcased student innovation at its “Transforming Trash into Treasure” competition. Participants creatively repurposed discarded materials, turning waste into art and functional items. The event focussed on sustainability and resourcefulness, demonstrating the potential for reimagining waste.
Students from various colleges impressed judges with their diverse creations, ranging from furniture and decorative pieces to sustainable fashion accessories. The competition highlighted the importance of creative problem-solving and resource management, inspiring future hoteliers to embrace eco-friendly practices.
