Clean Arunachal Campaign was launched in the Ziro valley in the lower Subansiri district with the venue being the Ziro festival of music in Biri village. The Minister for Tourism Pema Khanda launched the campaign by appealing to all citizens especially students to maintain hygiene and spread awareness. A mass cleanliness drive was organized on the sidelines of the campaign to clean the ground and the areas surrounding it after the culmination of the festival.
