Eureka Forbes to acquire stake in Swiss firm

Textiles firm Forbes&Company Ltd said its subsidiary Eureka Forbes Ltd is going to acquire a minority shareholding of 25% in Swiss firm Lux International AG from its existing promoters. Lux is engaged in the business of making products for pure water, clean air, fresh foods and bright homes. Forbes Lux Group AG, is a joint venture partnership between Lux International AG & Eureka Forbes Limited and is based out of Switzerland with its headquarters in Zug.
