Over the past three years, Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services for residential properties have undergone significant changes, largely driven by technological advancements, evolving customer expectations and the shift towards more efficient, sustainable solutions. Developments like the global pandemic, urbanization and rising living standards have also played pivotal roles in reshaping how residential properties are managed, maintained, and serviced.
