IPC — T760 AMR Autonomous Floor Scrubber

by Clean India Journal Editor
0 comment

Cut cleaning time by 40%. Productive around the clock.

Labour shortages, rising costs, inconsistent cleaning quality, and growing facility footprints are pushing industries to rethink traditional cleaning methods. The IPC T760 AMR is built for these conditions — an autonomous
floor scrubber designed for warehouses, factories, airports, malls, hospitals, logistics hubs, and large industrial sites.

Clean India Show by Clean India Journal

The T760 AMR operates in both autonomous and manual modes, controlled from the on-machine panel or a mobile app — letting teams schedule, monitor and manage cleaning across large spaces. AI navigation combines LiDAR, depth cameras, ultrasonic sensors, fisheye cameras, and electronic crash barriers to detect obstacles and operate safely in dynamic environments shared with people and machinery.

An optional autonomous docking station handles battery charging, water filling and water recovery, reducing operator intervention. For multi-floor sites, optional elevator integration lets the machine communicate with lifts via IoT for seamless inter-floor cleaning.

Features

•     4,200 – 4,800 m²/hr productivity — covers more area with fewer resources

•     105 L fresh / 110 L recovery tanks — fewer refill and dump cycles per shift

•     24 V 150 Ah lithium battery — long runtime with stable power delivery

•     Dual disc or cylindrical brush options — adapts to varied floor conditions

•     Floating brush deck — adjusts to uneven surfaces, even pressure, less consumable wear

Ideal For

•     Warehouses and logistics parks

•     Manufacturing plants

•     Airports and metro stations

•     Hospitals and healthcare facilities

•     Shopping malls and retail chains

•     Pharma and FMCG industries

•     Commercial buildings and industrial campuses.
