New System Assurance Centre by Ecolab

Ecolab Inc, a water, hygiene & energy technologies and services provider has renamed its Nalco 360 Expert Centre by System Assurance Centre. The centre has expanded to monitor more than 12,000 customer systems in 100 countries, using a team of 100 skilled engineers, adding support for boiler, membrane and dissolved air flotation systems. It will also provide additional services, such as digitizing plant surveys, tightening treatment control bands and supporting automation tool use by our largest customers. “We understand the unprecedented challenges involved in businesses managing their water systems and, hence, we responded with a service that quickly detects and resolves system or equipment upsets that require human intervention,” said Nirmal Kumar Muralidaran, Technical Manager, System Assurance Centre.
