Quality – A criterion to grow in business

Right from the raw material to the finished product, quality makes a difference, says Jay Pasad, Director.

Started in 2001, Mumbai based Netway Home Products (I) Pvt Ltd now operates pan-India, offering cleaning chemicals for different segments – Housekeeping, Fabric Care, Personal Care and Kitchen Care. The company’s clients are housekeeping contractors and hotels.

Netway believes that quality is the main criteria for a business to grow and hence, all aspects of quality from raw material till the finished product are closely monitored. “Upgradation of manufacturing facilities is a regular feature to be able to give our clients the best products and value for money,” says Jay Pasad who heads the marketing activities. Netway is headed by Laxmichand Pasad, the chairman and the production is looked after by Nimesh Pasad.

“We believe in providing superior quality products. Our products are chemically tested for protecting the skin of the user. Other factors are timely delivery and low price,” adds Pasad. “With total emphasis on quality, we have manufacturing units that have the latest manufacturing equipment besides a testing laboratory for quality checks on raw materials as well as finished products before delivery through sophisticated techniques.”

Pasad feels that awareness about cleaning products are very low and a lot has to be done in India for keeping the nation clean and hygienic.

“The cleaning market is growing at a very good rate. Of course, over the next few years we need to put in a lot of effort to create awareness and bring in technology. We can see a whole new line of activities and future green environment for our children.”

Netway’s clients include Food Bazaar (Future Group of business), Aditya Birla Retail chains, Spencer, Vishal Mega Mart and Star Bazaar (A Tata Company).
