SCA acquires Lotus Professional

SCA has acquired the Georgia-Pacific EMEA business, which includes Georgia-Pacific’s consumer paper products, personal care and away-from-home tissue businesses as well as manufacturing assets across Europe, including leading consumer brands, private label product and away-from-home products such as Lotus Professional.

According to company sources, the business will continue to operate as usual and all contacts and other arrangements will remain unchanged until further notice.Both SCA and the management of Georgia Pacific Europe are determined to achieve a smooth integration of the two companies without disruption.
