Bangalore based Volvo India Pvt Ltd is seeking industrial cleaning solutions for their Volvo Construction Equipment plants at Peenya and Hoskut spread over an area of 125 acres and 16 acres respectively. The company has planned to host a vendor meet in the first week of January 2013 for the cleaning requirement of its premises, including internal roads at its construction divisions.
Volvo India Pvt Ltd got to know about the relevant cleaning solutions at Clean India Show hosted at Bangalore from December 13 to 15, 2012. HP Srinivas, Manager, Statutory Compliance & Welfare, Volvo India Pvt Ltd told Clean India Journal, “Vendor meet will help us determine the right kind of cleaning equipment which will help us in meeting global standards. We are planning to place the order by April 2013 for waste bins in production areas, cleaning equipment for industrial areas and tools for façade/ window cleaning.”
