Clean Green Machine

Glutton can offer multiple solutions…

Yes. The machine is exported to a large number of countries across the world and is being used in industries, hospitals, schools and in places where there is accumulated waste.

What is special about Glutton is that it can devour both dry and wet wastes. It works with a standard container of 240 litres, having a big vacuum fan and a 125mm diameter pipe, which picks up everything. The machine’s handle can be pushed back or pulled forward.

Glutton is marketed globally and is selling very well in France, Spain, Switzerland, England, Romania and Middle East countries. In India, we are targeting different municipal corporations. This machine would also be very useful for the contractors who carry out cleanliness jobs for the municipalities. We have enough stocks of both machines and spare parts in India.

How do you view India as a potential market for Glutton?

India probably is the biggest market in the world and we are trying to develop it. With the enhancement in the awareness for cleanliness, the demand for this machine is bound to go up. In fact, the Indian cities need to be clean to attract tourists. Naturally, the municipalities have to project an image of modernity, professionalism and cleanliness.

The municipalities look for efficient machines at reasonable prices, not necessarily the cheapest ones with less efficiency. Besides, greater numbers of municipal operations are getting privatised. In fact, we believe, most of the activities related to cleanliness drive would be privatised by the municipalities in the immediate future. This is where this kind of machine comes in.

Is Glutton power-efficient too?

Glutton, a non-polluting machine, is battery operated and can work a full shift of eight hours on a single charge. Just plug it overnight on any domestic outlet, the next day it is ready to do the job. The battery has a life of five years. That is why we call it a clean green machine.

Your other products?

We have a wide range of mechanised products including the Azura range, ideal for urban use having very high intensity vacuum. Azura range, manufactured by Mathieu Yno of France, has been designed especially for the Indian cities. The advantage of these machines is that they have minimal moving parts. As you know, less number of moving parts means less trouble for the machines. The only consumables are the brooms and the engine parts.
