Cleaning of vehicle exterior and Interior Sustainable Processes & Systems for Trains

Inventa Group supplies non-technology coating products of IGLCOATINGS in India since 2018. Surfaces in the public transport system can be best maintained if they are least prone to accumulating dust and grime. These surfaces could be smooth, no crevices or projections, and with less rough surfaces. In case special processes and coatings being adopted, the total cost from inception to cost of maintenance & replacement and span of life of the surface should be considered.

The surfaces requiring care can be classified into hard surfaces like laminates and metallic surfaces of stainless steel, glass, abrasive floors, metallic grated floors, stone floors, fabric carpets, vinyl covering, rubberised covering, leather, fabric upholstery and curtains & coverings. Plastics and leather look-alike material and surfaces are prone to UV rays, weathering, discolouration and accumulating grime. These can be preserved with coatings.

Some of the recommended coatings and cleaning products are

Ecoclean

Is one of the best spot removers based on nanotechnology, that has an acidic mixture that softens the hard minerals that have been left off by the water such as acid rain or tap water on the surface. These minerals can now be removed without the need for abrasives.

Ecocoat Fabric

Protect textiles with hydrophobic coating, made with nanotechnology, which creates a protective invisible layer on every individual fibre of porous surfaces. Is zero VOC, 100% breathable, water-based coating is REACH compliant, and offers ultimate protection against undesirable liquids, dirt, and even UV radiation.

Ecocoat Eclipse

Ecocoat eclipse is a REACH compliant coating which is formulated specifically for the extremely demanding industrial applications involving hazardous chemicals, oil & gas and cement that requires good releasing property and chemical agent resistance. The result is a highly hydrophobic and oleophobic anti-fouling chemical layer, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and cleaning.

Ecocoat Window

This is a glass surface coating. It improve visibility and clarity during heavy rain. Its REACH compliant ceramic coating creates a super water-repellent surface that prevents water spots and creates a resistance to high wiper wear. With rainwater rolling off at 50 km/h, driving safely during heavy rain has never been easier. The coating lasts up to one year and tested for over 10,000 wiper cycles.

Ecocoat Trim

This is a highly reactive ceramic coating based on advanced nanotechnology. It instantly impregnates and forms a chemical bond with the coated surface protecting the surface for up to two years!

This industry favourite for plastic protection and restoration is specially designed to protect trims and hard plastic surfaces against UV rays, returns the deep colour, and restore plastics to their original colours.

Ecoclear Aegis

This is an anti-corrosion clear coating. Formulated as a silicone hybrid resin-based 2-component (2K) paint system, Aegis is reinforced with graphene to boost performance and mechanical properties. Aegis is specifically designed to protect steel, concrete, glass, and all other kinds of surfaces in high corrosive and abrasive environments.

Ecocoat Leather

This is a REACH compliant 100% breathable, low VOC, non-etching silica coating. It crosslinks with the surface of the leather via nanotechnology to create an invisible layer that repels undesirable liquid, dirt, dye and UV-radiation. It can be applied on virtually any treated leather. The result is protection against unwanted liquids, dirt and stains without altering the flexibility, appearance or texture of the coated surface.

In essence, these specialised coatings provide protection to glass, windows, handles, and surfaces by preventing the deposition of oil, dirt, and dust. They not only enhance visibility during rain and fog but also streamline maintenance, ensuring passenger safety and hygiene. Moreover, these coatings have the potential to address viral and microbial infections, safeguarding the health and well-being of passengers.

Tailored for specific requirements, these applications and products offer targeted solutions for diverse needs.
