Organised by Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd, ‘Clean India Technology Week’ will now be organised in partnership with Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India, which will augment the scale of the show. The collaboration was announced at the Clean India Technology Week 2023, held from 13 – 15 September, 2023 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.

Expanding its portfolio, Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India will bring on board its expertise in the business outlook spanning across the Indian and global landscape. The show is known to cover the entire spectrum of products, solutions and services aimed at creating clean-living environments. As Asia’s leading cleaning event, it serves as a platform for various sectors and government departments to come together, share knowledge and promote networking. This three-day expo encompasses four distinct shows, each focused on different aspects of cleaning and hygiene – Clean India Show, Laundrex India, Waste Technology India Expo, and Auto Care Expo.

The event will fill the show floor with participants from a diversified range of exhibitors catering to the healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, facility management, food processing, manufacturing industries, corporate houses, industrial townships, Municipal Corporations, railways, car care centres, laundries and more. This diversity fosters cross-industry collaboration and knowledge exchange, enabling attendees to explore innovative solutions and learn from one another’s experiences.

The event offers industry professionals opportunities to establish connections and forge new business partnerships through the buyer-meets.

On this collaboration, Mr Raj Manek, Executive Director & Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding Ltd, shared: “We are happy to enter into the partnership with Virtual Info Systems in organising Clean India Technology Week. The show expands our existing portfolio in the domain of cleaning, maintenance and textile care by allowing us to leverage Messe Frankfurt group’s unrivalled degree of expertise in the areas of global outlook, first-hand industrial insights and worldwide connections with professionals, brands and associations in the category. The pandemic has propelled the growth of this industry worldwide and I trust that this partnership will offer exhibitors and visitors a great opportunity to expand business at both the ends of the node.”

The show attracts visitors who are primarily the decision makers from sectors like the government departments, municipal corporations, industrial townships, healthcare, hospitality, facility management, corporate houses, railways, car care centres, laundries and more. Mr Jayaram Nair, Chairman, Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd, said: “We are excited about having Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India as our partner in Clean India Technology Week. With 800 years of experience – from a mediaeval market place to a global trade fair partner – Messe Frankfurt will bring in current international perspective to the show. We are very hopeful of taking Clean India Technology Week and the Indian professional cleaning industry to greater heights and strengthening our focus towards working in tune with the Government’s vision for a
Clean India.”

Facility Management encompasses services ranging from physical structure maintenance of properties- commercial, industrial and residential complexes — to management and wellbeing of occupants, environment safety, security etc. According to Technavio, the facility management services market in India is forecasted to increase by $16.32 billion from 2022 to 2027 at a CAGR of 15.23%.

With the growth of the Indian professional cleaning market and increased awareness on clean workplace and environment, the equipment/tools and chemicals market of India has also been expanding giving opportunities for MSMES to enter.

One of the unique aspects of this event is its ability to attract prominent figures from various sectors and government bodies. Municipal Commissioners, Mayors, CXOs, housekeeping heads, purchase managers, GMs, and operational heads come together to discuss policy matters, industry challenges, and potential solutions.

The concurrent conference sessions with national and international experts, roundtable/closed door discussions, demos, workshops and one to one interactions are the highlights of the Show.
