Reorganising to meet demands

Starting business in 1988 with just two employees has been a long journey for Intercare Cleaning & Hygiene Services Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. After having established markets in the Middle East, setting up office in Kuwait (General Trading & Contracting Co), “we are looking at getting a strong hold in India too,” says Garish Nanda.

“The infrastructure developments, growth in various industries and soaring inter-regional travel have contributed to the growth of the Indian market. We see our growth in India.”

Setting rigid standards of quality with a flexible product line and services, Intercare aims at introducing innovative systems and effective cleaning solutions to the Indian market.

“Our markets are mainly in the region of New Delhi, NCR and places closer to the capital region. However, our products and services are getting popular in different zones of the country as well.”

The range of products and services provided by Intercare include cleaning, hygiene and sanitation solutions. Intercare has an extensive range of HACCP compliant products which have been specially designed for typical finishes and surfaces in kitchens and washrooms. An array of highly functional public and personal hygiene solutions find application in all kinds of sanitary areas, whether it’s catering facilities, hospitality industry, business enterprises or public conveniences.

Intercare has tied-up with international brands for cleaning products and services – Hagleitner-Germany, Klindex-Italy, CarpetCleaner-Austria, Federchemicals srl-Italy and TTS Systems srl-Italy.

“All our products and services introduced in the Indian market are of world-class quality that makes us stand apart. Form and design go hand in hand. You cannot sell even the best washroom dispenser unless the customer is convinced of its optical design. So why not introduce a dispenser range with a perfect form that fulfils all the requirements. This is what we have done by introducing XIBU touch-less washroom series of dispensers.

“We will be launching Geggus Entrance Matting system from Germany in the financial year 2010-2011. The products are already being offered. The targeted market segments for matting products are new properties, office towers, residential buildings, shopping malls, cinemas, airports, hotels and medical facilities.

“Hence, we have a plan to grow very aggressively. In the coming months, Intercare will further expand its physical presence in the domestic market. It will continue to introduce innovative solutions to enhance the quality of life of people at work and home. We will meet the challenges, if any, by continually reorganising ourselves and meeting customer demands.”
