There is so much that needs to change in Mumbai. The spirit of this lovely city is getting drowned under dirt, garbage and pollution everywhere. It is the first thing that has to be tackled. It’s difficult to comprehend this city of dreams when it is kept so dirty.
All Mumbaiites have to work together to clean up and then sustain. With such a vast population it may seem difficult but on a positive note there are so many people who help keep it in good shape.
Mumbai is home and it needs to be looked after like that. We love to see our home clean. I think if we look at the city with the same attitude, there will be more motivation. The spirit of Mumbai will never die. It’s the place where we’ve seen our dreams come true. That’ll always be bigger than anything else.
Life would be easier with better roads. The traffic could be better controlled and commuting would not be such a problem. It’s amazing how much traffic has increased over the years. I think we’ve got to put our heads together and work out solutions to make Mumbai clean and commutable.
I’ve been living here all my life in different suburbs at different times. But wherever you are in Mumbai – life is always positive. I love traveling and have gone places in Europe but it’s wonderful to return home to Mumbai.
