Sikkim 100% clean

Sikkim has recently earned the distinction of being the first State in the country to achieve 100% sanitation. The Rashtriya Nirmal Gram Puraskar was handed over to Pawan Chamling, Chief Minister of Sikkim, by the President of India, Pratibha Patil.
