CARBEX AM from P.P. Enterprises is a very effective solvent, based on two phase formulation for the removal of carbon deposits from Aluminium, its alloys and other non-ferrous components like copper. It is also an efficient degreasing and paint removing formulation. With no dilution required, CARBEX AM should be used at room temperature. Parts to be cleaned should be immersed in the lower organic layer, for various lengths of time. After treatment with CARBEX AM carbon or paint gets removed or sufficiently loosened. The subsequent water wash (preferably under pressure) followed by drying with compressed air leaves the parts in a perfectly cleaned state. While handling CARBEX AM, the body should be well protected by using rubber gum boots, rubber apron, rubber hand gloves, face shield etc. In case of skin contact, that part should be immediately cleaned with liberal quantity of spirit, followed by washing with lot of water.
Note: CARBEX AM should not be heated.
