A cold-water machine is a pump. A hot-water machine is a pump plus a burner, and the burner is where the running cost, the emissions and most of the reliability risk sit. That is why the engineering on this machine concentrates there: an optimised burner, an eco!efficiency operating mode, and a dosing unit that meters cleaning agent precisely rather than by eye. Get those right and heat becomes affordable to use; get them wrong and the machine gets left cold to save fuel, which defeats the purchase.

But the things that determine whether a machine gets used properly are smaller and less quotable: whether the operator's hand survives an hour on the trigger, whether couplings can be changed with wet gloves on, and whether the pump is being worn out while the machine idles between jobs. It matters more than the similar model names suggest. Cold water handles dust, mud, loose soiling and general washdown. Grease, oil and baked-on deposits need heat — for those, the HDS 10/20-4 M in the range below is the machine.
150 bar is the working pressure — how hard the jet hits. 560 L/h is the flow rate — how much water is moving, which governs how fast you rinse away what the pressure has loosened.
Both matter together. High pressure with low flow cuts into a spot; adequate flow is what turns that into cleaning a surface. 3.1 kW is the connected load, which is what your supply has to provide.
A trigger gun that uses the recoil force of the water jet to hold itself open, so keeping the jet running takes no grip force from the operator.

Reverse under power, not by dragging the machine backwards. In a loading bay or between racking, that is what lets an operator work into corners instead of avoiding them.
The roller follows the floor rather than bridging over it, so sweeping stays even on the uneven surfaces this machine is built for — worn concrete, expansion joints, paver blocks.

A warehouse floor has expansion joints, worn patches, paver-block transitions and a slope toward the loading bay. A rigid sweeping head bridges across all of that, leaving a line of debris behind it that somebody then goes over with a broom. The KM 85/50 W Bp is built around the opposite assumption: a floating main roller that follows the surface, powered reverse so corners can be worked rather than avoided, and a standard disc brake for the ramps that come with outdoor areas.
Floating suspension keeps brush contact consistent across dips and joints. Even contact is the whole difference between sweeping a floor and sweeping the high points of one.

Without the side brush the sweeping path is narrower and the figure will be lower. Worth confirming whether the side brush is included in the configuration you are quoted.
Because a walk-behind sweeper without powered reverse has to be dragged backwards by the operator. In practice that means corners, dead ends and racking aisles get half-swept or skipped.
Powered reverse is what makes the machine usable in the confined parts of a warehouse rather than only the open runs.

A rotary single-disc machine spins a pad in one direction. It polishes and scrubs well, and on stripping or refinishing it leaves swirl marks that then have to be worked out. An orbital head vibrates in a tight pattern instead, so it strips and refinishes flat and fast without the swirl — but it is not what you want for a burnish. Sites normally solve this by owning two machines, or by owning one and living with the results on the other job. The BDS 43 / Orbital C combines both motions in a single head.
