Eco Walk

The Maharashtra government,in association with Maharashtra Pollution Control Board and Eco Folks, an environment orgainsation,is planning to organise a walkathon in December this year in Mumbai. Vasundhara Walkathon 2010 aims to promote walking and to create awareness about how walking can cut down on individual carbon prints and help create a greener earth.The format of the event will be similar to that of the Mumbai marathon and the participants will have to register on line. A great walk to wait for.
