UK based global service provider OCS Group recently acquired Guernsey-based Meadowcroft Ltd, a third generation family-owned building services provider. The deal will boost the group’s Total Facilities Management (TFM) offering to Channel Islands businesses and property owners. All forty Meadowcroft staff will be transferred to the new operation, giving OCS Group over 200 staff to deliver an expanded set of property support services to clients in the Channel Islands.
The acquisition will deliver a “significantly enhanced” service proposition and that further investment is planned in order to further expand the company’s capabilities and to grow its local workforce. The transaction was subject to approval by the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities.
