The ISSA Best in Customer Service award was recently given to Rubbermaid Commercial Products LLC (RCP) at the 2009 ISSA/Interclean North America Trade Show held at Chicago. The award is presented annually to the exhibitor who excels in providing the best one-on-one interaction, demonstrates innovative product and gives best overall customer service experience during the show. The award, given through a ballot, was the result of the opinion of distributors, building service contractors and in-house service providers who attended the show. It was for the supplies category of booths that were either 400sqft or larger.
RCP has recently launched a programme ‘Clean Hands Up’ to improve personal hygiene of its employees and customers. The campaign highlights touch free hand hygiene system and helps in successfully combating serious health complications, including H1N1. RCP and Technical Concept are training people about the right procedures of cleaning hands and the tools are made keeping specific requirements of various industries in mind like property management, institutional needs, hospitality, transportation, food service and healthcare.
