The untouched feel

Feminine hygiene disposal service

Feminine hygiene disposal service should be used as it decreases the risk of cross-infection and exposure to blood-borne pathogens in ladies restrooms. The 100% biodegradable chemical lining placed inside the units inhibit bacterial growth and eliminate odour. Such disposal bins not only eradicate plumbing blockages due to flushing of sanitary products but also the need to change wax/plastic liners daily, bringing down labour and cleaning costs.

While feminine hygiene is an emerging concept, there is a strong feeling that companies employing women should provide for sanitary bins. As Sheila Dikshit, Chief Minister of Delhi, said at the Clean India Show 2010, “all the airports should install sanitary bins in the washrooms.”

Sanitary bins are available in pedal bin and touch-free format. Feminine hygiene service providers install the sanitary bins in the washrooms and charge for the services. Periodically they replace the bin with a clean and sanitized unit on a scheduled service visit. Both inside and outside the unit is cleaned with bactericide and the inside lining with anti-microbial agent replaced.

Touch-Free Soap Dispensers

When it comes to using a soap cake or soap gel filled in a dispenser there is always the fear of cross contamination as the user necessarily touches either while using them. But with touch free soap dispensers the question of cross contamination does not arise as one would have to just show his/her hand below the soap dispenser. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that thorough hand washing is the best defence against communicable disease. Touch-free soap dispensers help in maintaining a clean and healthy commercial restroom environment.

  • Dispensers are fully serviced, refilled and maintained by the technicians.
  • Single dose with each use provides a large volume of soap and reduces cost per hand-wash.
  • Touch-free dispensers promote health and wellness for employees and customers by eliminating the risk of cross-infection.
  • There’s a choice of anti-bacterial, foam, liquid or lotion soap.
  • Environment friendly soap available
  • No additional charge for battery changes.

Touch-Free Soap Dispensers

With the prospect of water resources drying up, facility executives and home owners are finding ways to conserve water. Sensor faucets/taps are easy to operate, stop the spread of germs and bacteria, prevent water overflow, save water and money. On an average, the return on investment for sensor devices is about 30%. The higher the water costs, the higher the return and vice-versa. The payback period is about three to six months.

Maintenance of sensor devices is determined by whether the electronic is hardwired or battery-operated. Hardwired products are harder and more expensive to install but require less maintenance than battery-operated devices. Most battery-operated automated systems use standard batteries available at any store, rechargeable batteries can also be used.
