The three day MECTW from November 2-4 at in Za’abeel Halls, Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre has now been termed a big success. The Expos had over 160 exhibitors from 11 countries displaying a wide range of products, solutions and technologies in the three niche segments of cleaning. Indian companies Roots Multiclean and Kibble Enterprises made their maiden participation at CEMP. When it came to visitors too India made its impact. “Fifty per cent of the visitors to my booth were Indian companies”, stated Dirk Niesen of RM Suttner.

Organised by VIS Exhibitions, MECTW has been designed to collectively offer opportunities to professionals in the business of Cleaning including Car Care and Linen care. The products/systems on display ranged from heavy vacuum street sweeper, Auto Vac floor cleaning machines and scrubber dryers to innovative dispenser lines and odour control systems. The Car care sections had mobile car wash, Tunnel car washing systems, waterless wash & wax, eco-friendly car wash sprays & wipes, in bay automatics, waste water treatment systems, pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, accessories, custom detailing products and range of foam cleaners.

The growing hospitality and health care sectors in the region brought to the fore the expanding laundry market. Gulf Laudrex showcased Industrial laundry equipment, tunnel washers, different kinds of ironers, folders, chemicals, cleaning solvents, dispensing equipment, advanced software for linen management, dry cleaning machines, automatic carpet washing equipment, economical wash processes, automation and many more.
