The र 25-crore company, one of the pioneers in integrated facility management, currently services over 15 lakh sqft of space. The company plans to add another five lakh sqft space by the end of the current fiscal year. The ongoing client acquisition is primarily from the hospitality, retail and IT sector including key business parks. According to company’s promoter, RM Hegde, the company hopes to command a major share of the organized facilities management services (FMS) market in Mumbai which is witnessing a fast track growth of over 35-40% annually.
