Andy Chappell will now be in charge of the Key Accounts Business within the Private Sector, which comprises of financial services, retail, industrial & manufacturing, telecommunications, professional services and hotels.
He will continue to drive the agenda for service excellence and innovation which sees ISS taking their service provision to the next level. He has vast experience in the industry, as well as in-depth knowledge across the ISS operations so will be looking to leverage this in his new role.
Since joining ISS in 2008, he has held a number of high profile positions; first joining as Director of Operations for the ISS Food & Hospitality business before being promoted to Managing Director of that business in 2011. More recently, Andy has been the Managing Director of a large Key Account, responsible for the UK & Ireland region. He has won a number of internal awards in recognition of his contributions to the ISS operations.
Andy will join the UK Executive Management Board and report directly to CEO Matthew Brabin.
