Eco Recycling Ltd, Mumbai, organised an e-waste disposal week from December 8-15, 2008, for creating greater awareness amongst manufacturers, banks, financial institutions, BPO’s, call centers, corporates, government departments, individuals, students and traders for safe recycling of their e-waste and secured destruction of data.
The event was attended by Ratnakar Gaikwad, IAS, Commissioner MMRDA; Valsa R. Nair Singh, IAS, Secretary, Environment, Government of Maharashtra and Sanjay Khandareji, IAS, Member Secretary, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
