The second annual Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey released by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co’s envisages continued rising benefit costs for FM companies. Examining organisations’ responses to reforms and rising costs, approach to private exchanges, wellness and retirement programmes, and other benefit trends and opportunities, the survey also suggests that many are not yet ready to face the challenges that might occur in future. According to the survey, changing landscape will benefit the companies ready to adopt the changes.
