Vietnam Executive Housekeepers’ Association (VEHA) successfully organised a training course “Modern Leadership Skill” for its members in Northern Vietnam.
VEHA collaborated with Tamviet Group, a leading Soft Skill training company in Vietnam, for the training workshop on “Modern Leadership Skill” held in the first week of November at Hon Dau Resort Haiphong. More than 100 housekeepers from the hospitality segment attended the training. Many who came from across Northern Vietnam travelled 100 to 500km to attend the session.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of VEHA Nguyen Quang, said, “Leadership is in not just about inspiring or motivating, it is much more than that. How to become an outstanding leader in the present era of digital technology is a big question and concern, which we tried to address at the training session. The training aimed at improving the leadership ability of our members.”
The training was divided into three parts – team building activities outdoor involving leadership skills; theory & practice in classroom and CEOs sharing their experience about leadership style leading to the company’s success.
