IPC India shifts HQ to new premise

It was a moment of “renovation, renewal and rejuvenation” in the tenure of IPC in India, as it shifted Indian headquarters to a new premise in New Delhi in July. Inaugurating the new office, Tony Chazhoor, Country Head, Western Floor Pvt Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of IP Cleaning SPA Italy, said that this move reflected IPC’s vision for its future operations in India. “In the coming times, we will witness the renewal in the way IPC has been doing business in this country. We have already enhanced our reach – an office down South and a new zonal manager for the West besides our office in Pune.

“It is time to announce to our customers and to the market the change that IPC is bringing about. The new office is an external manifestation of our intent and what we look forward to.

“We are changing and evolving to a level that is required for this country and in a few years this team of IPC India will be a formidable force to reckon with in the cleaning industry.”

Present during the occasion were Lorenzo Bottero-Export Area Manager, IPC Soteco; Adriano Mariano-Sales Director, IPC Euromop; Mirko Consolini-After Sales Service Department, IPC Gansow; JP Nair, MD-Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd and Deepak Baluja, MD-Final Technologies among others.

Elaborating on the journey of IPC in India, Lorenzo, who has been all through the evolution of IPC in India, said, “In the 18 years of existence in this country, we are now in the right direction. We are looking at maximum results in the new set up under Tony.”

“It is the professional approach that is making the difference,” said Mariano, adding, “We need to be close to the market and that is why we are having more branches across India, beginning with Bangalore.”

In order to make IPC a number one brand in India, “we are investing a lot of resources in India and want to clean India.”

“The new training centre is equipped with stateof- the-art facility – which can at a time can handle a batch of 40 trainees. The center will provide training to IPC sales & service resources and also to the operators & housekeepers of our patrons. We are also planning to extend this training facility to create & spread awareness about mechanized cleaning in India.”
