Western Floor India Pvt. Ltd – the fully owned Indian subsidiary of IP Cleaning SPA Italy would now be known as IP Cleaning India Pvt. Ltd as the registrar of Companies has approved the name change with effect from 31 Aug 2015. The company had requested the name change to reflect the brand as it is known globally.
The Indian subsidiary has been known as Western Floor Pvt Ltd since its inception and IPC’s presence in India for the last 18 years.
“The name change would usher in better fortunes and is definitely a manifestation of IPC’s continued commitment in looking at the Indian market as a growth driver for the group internationally,” said Tony Chazhoor, Country Head, IP Cleaning India Pvt. Ltd.
