Holden Industries has announced acquisition of Wisconsin based manufacturer of powerful industrial vacuum cleaner and cleaning systems, Vector Technologies Ltd. Holden Industries manufactures and distributes truck-mounted and skid-mounted vacuum sewer cleaning equipment, hydro-excavation equipment and related products.
Joseph Haas, President & CEO of Holden Industries, said, “The addition of Vector represents a significant extension of our product offerings in the vacuum technology arena as well as a further diversification of the customer base for our products.”
