With just a few manufacturers of cleaning equipment in India, BECPL started solely with the aim to provide qualitative range of Industrial Cleaning Equipment of Indian origin and “most importantly provide the much required after sales service and maintenance. This is where we make the difference”, says Sujay. A decade old company, BECPL began as equipment suppliers and seven years back turned to manufacturing equipment.
BECPL caters to the requirement of both cleaning service segment and specialised industry segment. “Being a manufacturer we can customise and design the equipment in accordance to the requirement of the client or industry. Besides housekeeping, we have provided customised solutions to pharma, petroleum, poultry, foundry, engineering and other such industries.
“The manufacturing unit at Bangalore works at a capacity of producing around 20 equipment per month. “Most of the equipment are manufactured following the purchase order received. This gives us the opportunity to understand the client’s requirement before setting out to make the solution-based machine.
“We have been creating innovative designs & breaking the barriers of orthodox concepts about industrial vacuum cleaners, which is why, we know the importance of making good quality product that not only reflects aesthetics and economy but also enhances contemporary standards.”
An ISO 9001 – 2008 certified company, BECPL manufactures flux recovery system, unit dust collector, wood collector, cyclone separator, regenerative blower, ride on scrubber dryer, eco wash scrubber dryer, industrial vacuum system, dust collector and extractor and coolant sump cleaner among others.
Some of the innovative machines manufactured by the Benaka team include fire-proof and economic cleaning machines.
“ECO Series scrubber dryer was introduced at the last Clean India Show and was well received in the market.Multi-vac Series machines are specially designed, sophisticated industrial vacuum cleaners with a variety of accessories and filter options to cater to major cleaning problems in all industrial applications like textile, food, electronics, pharma, wood works, engineering and automobile industry.”
The machines are being distributed across the country through resellers and distributors. “This year we will be looking at expanding our reach.
“Another point of advantage that will help us penetrate the market is that we are an Indian manufacturer of equipment that cost at least 40% lower than foreign brands. But, since the market is mostly using international brands, the challenge for us is to cope up to it.
