Mumbai based Facility Management Services provider, KHFM is expanding its corporate clientele base in Mumbai. The र 25-crore company, one of the pioneers in integrated facility management, currently services over 15 lakh sqft of space. The company plans to add another five lakh sqft space by the end of the current fiscal year. The ongoing client acquisition is primarily from the hospitality, retail and IT sector including key business parks. According to company’s promoter, RM Hegde, the company hopes to command a major share of the organized facilities management services (FMS) market in Mumbai which is witnessing a fast track growth of over 35-40% annually. The expansion would push the team strength up to 6,500 from the existing 5,000 employees. KHFM’s key clientele includes Tirumala Tirupati, Reliance Infotech Park; Hyderabad Airport, Union Bank and Bank of India.
