Expanding its foot-print in the pest management sector in India, Rentokil Initial has acquired Pestcone Plus of Gujarat. The acquisition will enrich Rentokil’s wide range of service offerings in line with its strategy to be experts in the essential hygiene.

Having 100 years of experience in pest control services worldwide, Rentokil initial has entered India in 2008 and the acquisition of the new company with offices across India will help bring an experienced local management team into the organisation. Rentokil intends to provide sector-wise differentiated pest control and hygiene services through the implementation of global quality standards and stringent integrated pest management services. It aims to revolutionize the industry’s standards both in terms of new technology, innovations and service excellence. The acquisition also supports Rentokil Initial’s goal of offering enhanced and specialized services in Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, IT, Industrial and Manufacturing sectors.
